The room was fabulous & spotless together with the garden, positive-surprise bathrobes and a wonderful fire place in the spacious living area. We were in a beautiful location so close to the garden and water in the distance, a vineyard in rolling hills and the ferry terminal...

We had a perfect start to our Tasmanian adventure at this place. The spacious and comfortable accommodation offered stunning views of an old vineyard. The lovely gardens surrounding the venue added to the romantic atmosphere. The owner, Helen, was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with recommendations for dinner and assisting us with our travel plans. The surprise bathrobes and the sight of bandicoots in the garden added even more charm to our stay. The amenities were top-notch, with everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, including heating, tea and coffee facilities, and a washing machine. The free wi-fi was a great bonus, allowing us to stay connected.
Highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable retreat.

the warm hospitality and idyllic gardens set in stunning views exceeded our expectations. the well, appointed and maintained rooms were cozy and comfortable, with high, quality toiletries. We loved snuggling up in front of the fireplace after enjoying our dinner at the nearby Pasha. the thoughtful touches like fresh roses, magazines, and a port decanter made it feel like a luxurious home away from home. the facilities like high, speed Wi, Fi, TV, sound system, and coffee maker made it even more convenient.
There was just one small negative aspect, but the infrequent bus to Hobart made it slightly inconvenient.

The accommodation was a fantastic surprise as it offered a surprising range of amenities that made our Christmas vacation with our family even more enjoyable. The private studio had a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchen with some groceries already provided. We enjoyed walking around the lovely gardens and the beautiful views of the surrounding area. The location was also perfect as it was only a few minutes' drive to some local eateries and tourist attractions.
Honestly, there were no bad aspects of our experience at this amazing place. However, we were slightly concerned about the water supply since it was not town water, but tank water.

Found a cozy place for New Year's, prices reasonable, and fairly isolated. Enjoyed the scenic views and wildlife. the beds were comfortable and there was a variety of tea and coffee available. the stay was a nice escape from the city.
Leaving notes around the accommodation instructing us to clean up after ourselves and leave an extra $15 on the table for extra people made it feel like we were being watched constantly. It detracted from the welcoming atmosphere and diminished the experience.

We had a fantastic stay in the southern area of Tassie. Best aspects were the stunning vineyard views, proximity to the ferry to Bruny Island , and the clean and spacious hotel facilities. The location was peaceful and serene, and we enjoyed the delicious breakfast provisions provided by the friendly staff.
